Here are your choices: Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Assembly (Protest), The Right to Bear Arms, the 4th Amendment (probable cause, warrants, searches and seizures), the 5th Amendment (the right to remain silent, the right to have a jury), the 6th Amendment (the right to question witnesses, the right to a public, speedy trial), and the 8th Amendment (which prohibits "cruel and unusual punishment" for crimes).
3. Requirements: 5 paragraph, 1 1/2 page essay (3 pages if you double space).
